Pond treatment: 2-4 g/1000 liter. Higher dosage for higher stocking or system with high organic load. Will turn brown as it reacts with organic material, fungi and infected tissue. For bacteria in pond maintain "pinkness" for 8-10 hours by adding 2g/1000 liter at a time. Will damage filter. Neutralize with 50ml/1000 liter KoiNet hydrogen peroxide at 16% strength. Or terminate the treatment at any time. Dip: 1 g per 10 liter for seven minutes.
- Remove fish if it flips over or shows signs of stress or repeated jumping.
- Be aware that salt in your pond water has an additive effect.
- Therefore reduce dipping time to 2-4 minutes if 0.3% salt and 1-2 minutes in water has 0.3-0.6% salt.
- Badly affected fish: Reduce dipping time to a third or even less, using your judgment how sick/weak the fish is.
- For lesions: Repeat at least 3 times 1-2 days apart for lesions
