- Adults and children over 12 years of age: To enhance thyroid function: Take 2 capsules twice daily
- For mood enhancing effects and for energy: Take 4 capsules twice

daily
- For improved sexual desire and increased mental alertness: Take 4
- 8 capsules twice daily. Children 7-12 years of age
- Take half the adult dose. To ensure optimal absorption take on an empty stomach (30 minutes or more before meals)
- Because tyrosine can cause insomnia, the best times to take it are in the morning and the second dose not later than 4pm Take Note: Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a health care provider.
