- Niacin (nicotinic acid or vitamin B3) helps the body to metabolise carbohydrates, proteins and fats
- It contributes to normal psychological function and prevents niacin deficiency Dosage Directions:
- Adults over 18 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily, after food. Niacin often causes red flushing of the skin, especially when consumed on an empty stomach. It is therefore recommended to start by taking a quarter to half tablet daily after food, gradually increasing the daily dose to 1 tablet. Take Note: Avoid if you are allergic to the ingredients. Don't exceed indicated dose, nor combine with other medication or pre-existing illness without medical advice.
