Truefood Cold Pressed Virgin Flax Seed Oil
- 250ml. Truefood Flax seed oil, sometimes referred to as linseed oil is pressed from the seeds of the Linum usitatissimum plant which is a member of the genus Linum. Interestingly the word 'usitatissimum' is Latin for 'of greatest use'. Used as an omega three supplement for those with fish allergies and by vegetarians or vegans, flax seed oil provides more Omega 3 (ALA) than ground flax seeds. It is also noted as a performance enhancer by athletes and body build. Add to protein shakes or vegetable juices or use to drizzle over salads or other foods. Ingredients:
