Wash your hair with a shampoo such as Argan Green's Sulphate Free Shampoo. 2. Rinse out your shampoo. 3. Wring our your hair – getting as much water out as you can. 4. Pour a bit of conditioner into the palm of your hand, this depends on how long or short your hair is. A thumb sized amount is a good starting

point. 5. Let the conditioner set for a few minutes – the longer you leave it the better! 6. Now its time to rinse the conditioner out of your hair. Turn the water temperature to the coldest you can handle – as cold water is healthier for your hair (oh how we suffer for beauty!). Spend a few minutes rinsing out the conditioner from your hair, till its smooth and you can no longer feel the product in your hair. 7. Wring out your hair and you're done.
