Protecting life on Earth is what WWF is all about - from conserving marine life, vulnerable landscapes, endangered species and their threatened habitats, to fighting climate change and securing food, water and energy for all. Since 1977 Township Patterns has been supporting women entrepreneurship in township communities outside Cape Town. Today a growing network of seven autonomous cooperatives is employing close to 60 women and is producing a wide range of fair trade bags. Town Patterns supports WWF South Africa through the sale of reusable, durable and eco-friendly bags. All proceeds from this purchase supports the conservation work of WWF.
