Part of 'The British Invasion' series, this programme focuses on the popular 1960s band, Gerry and the Pacemakers, and features 17 live performances from between 1963 and 1965, when they were at the height of their career. Among the songs included are: 'Ferry Cross the Mersey', 'Don't Let the Sun Catch You Crying' and 'You'll Never Walk Alone'. The programme also contains interviews with Gerry Marsden at the Cavern Club in Liverpool, and with Bill Harry.
