Tom Six directs this biological horror sequel in which car park attendant Martin (Laurence R. Harvey) is inspired by the experiments of the deranged Dr. Heiter from the first film. While on nightshift at work, Martin, a mentally disturbed victim of abuse, watches 'The Human Centipede - First Sequence' (2009), a movie which he obsesses over.
