The GigaScan 5 and GigaScan 7 are programmable 2.4GHz frequency hopping receivers. The receivers are compatible with GigaScan JM912 transmitter module and most Futaba 2.4GHz transmitters*. It doesn`t matter whether it`s a 3, 6-7 or
8-14 channel Futaba 2.4GHz transmitter.
Thanks to the frequency hopping \(up to 140 frequency changes per second\), the high bandwidth and the integrated
diversity, a high level of transmission security is achieved.
A simple press of the binding button is enough to switch the GigaScan receiver to the corresponding one to set the transmitter and bind to it.
The ID number of the sender is saved so that the receiver only evaluate the data from this transmitter.
During the binding process, the current servo positions are saved as failsafe values.
In the event of a longer reception failure, the failsafe values ââare loaded so that the servos move to the saved positions.
With the optionally available PC interface USB and the PC-GigaScan software, various functions such as cycle time, channel assignment, reverse, Path limitation or delay function can be programmed.
This results in particularly diverse and flexible application options.
