Blue Bloods centers around a family that has one thing holding them together, the New York Police Department. Francis "Frank" Reagan is the ultimate patriarch and also a second generation Police Commissioner. He has four children, all in law enforcement of some form, Joe, who died in the line of duty, Danny, a detective who is sometimes off the rails, Erin, the Assistant District Attorney, and Jamie, who both attended Harvard Law and works for the NYPD.
