In a not-too-distant future, our ever advancing technology has resulted in a nuts-and-bolts revolution. Skynet, a computer system fights a losing war against the humans who built it and who it nearly exterminated. The only threat to their world domination comes in the form of rebel leader John Connor, unseen freedom fighter and keeper of the human spirit who stirs the people into fighting back. Skynet sends a Terminator back in time with only one mission, find Sarah, the mother to be of John Connor, and kill her. But the cyborg is not sent alone to the past, the humans also sent someone back in time. A soldier, who must find Sarah before the Terminator can carry out it´s mission.
